At Cascade Land and Homes, you can relax knowing you are dealing with a professional that holds the Senior’s Real Estate Specialist ® (SRES ®) designation. I have the skills and knowledge to better serve the specific needs of home buyers and sellers who are 50 and over. (yes, I know, 50 isn't quite a senior yet). I will be here to assist you and answer your questions in practical terms every step of the way.

Every person and family has unique circumstances, concerns, and plans for their future. We are here to listen to you and help you adjust to your changing lifestyle and priorities and provide professional knowledge so you can make informed decisions that make the most sense to you.

Not only have I received specialized training to help seniors make sound real estate decisions, but I also have over thirty years in the real estate industry. I know what a huge decision buying or selling a home can be. I am here to listen to what is most important to you, what you would like for your future. I can help you find the perfect place that fits your budget and lifestyle so you can realize life as YOU want it to be.

You may be looking to be closer to family, downsizing and moving into a new home that requires less time spent on maintenance and repairs, and allows you to travel more, or follow your heart or start a new adventure in life. Perhaps you are thinking of moving in with a loved one or transitioning to a retirement community.  Many people as they age would like to be closer to town, public transportation, volunteering, gyms, community colleges, medical facilities, and where communities are closer together.

Maybe the opposite is true, and you are looking for a larger home, farm or compound where the extended family can all come together.

The equity in your home will be a great asset no matter where your next move takes you!

If you are not ready to make a decision yet, we can provide you with a free market analysis of what your home may be worth and help guide you on what you can do now to help prepare. In addition to a Principal Broker’s License, I hold an Oregon State Contractor’s License. I can help you make decisions on what you can do now to make your home more attractive to potential buyers.

I have raised my family here in Oregon, and relationships and community are very important to me.

I want to be the professional you can recommend to your friends and trust that I will do my best for them as well.

If you are ready to make a move, buy or sell, or just want to discuss the possibilities, come down to our office at 536 Main St, Lebanon, Oregon. It's a one-way street as you come into town from Hwy 20 or Hwy 34, we are on the right-hand side across the street from Bigfoot Grille. There is parking on the left side across the street under the big mural.

Or you can send me an email, call our office at (541)405-4145, call or text my cell phone (541) 990-7533.

I look forward to hearing from you!
