As the Owner / Principal Broker of Cascade Land and Homes, I have over 30 years of experience in commercial, government, investment, residential, and recreational real estate. To better serve our clients, I am a licensed Principal Broker in Oregon, and a Licensed Designated Broker in Idaho. I am also a Licensed General Contractor in Oregon and California.
My wife and I have been privileged to raise our two sets of twins and our eldest daughter here in Oregon. We enjoy exploring the wilderness, rockhounding, hiking, fishing, nature photography, and just playing and exploring outdoors in the Cascade Mountains, the coast, valleys, the high desert, and throughout Oregon!
We love Oregon, and we have met some amazing people over the years here. We have never visited a place in Oregon where the people weren’t friendly and welcoming! To better serve our clients, we feel it is important to get out and really get to know the areas we serve and the people who live there. In doing so, and through our real estate business, we are fortunate to have made lasting relationships with some incredible people!
What we love most about being in real estate is sharing our knowledge of Oregon and the real estate process here, but mostly bringing people together where both the sellers and the buyers are happy with the outcome, and we can help them achieve their goals, whatever that may be.

I feel very fortunate to have lived in Oregon most of my life, and I am happy to share my knowledge of the area with my clients. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, so I understand customer service and what it means to work hard for my clients.
I am not a high-pressure salesperson, that’s not how we do business. Buying a new home or property or selling a place you have memories and attachments to can be stressful. I hope to build lasting relationships with my clients. I take the time to listen to each person’s unique circumstances and what their expectations are, so I can help make the entire process seamless, exciting, and a positive experience. The things I love most about this business are the different people I meet, and the experiences out in the field searching for that perfect piece of land or home for a client, or sometimes searching for a property that a client wants to sell but has never visited! Every home or property is unique, and most have a story to tell as they change ownership. Every day is a new experience, a new relationship, a new challenge, and a new solution!
When I am not spending time with my clients, I enjoy all kinds of outdoor recreation, martial arts, playing my trumpet, and spending time with my family.
