As you make the descent down the Cascade Mountains over the Willamette Pass from Eugene on Hwy 58, turn at milepost 82 on USFS road 5825 that leads you to the Two Rivers North Subdivision.

As you travel down the well-maintained Forest Service road surrounded by tall pine trees, you just get the feeling you are entering into a special place. Nestled in the heart of the Deschutes National Forest the resort community of Two Rivers North isa central location to  take advantage of the many miles of snowmobile, OHV/HOV and hiking / horseback trails and immerse yourself in the unspoiled wilderness!

The entire subdivision is surrounded by National Forest! The Little Deschutes River meanders through the middle of the subdivision and Hemlock Creek flows along the parcels in the northwest section. The peacefulness, serenity and clear mountain air here are good for the spirit. There is a strong community here of both full-time residents and folks that are here seasonally or for vacations on their piece of mountain paradise.

The roads are maintained year round, and there is direct access from the subdivision to the OHV and groomed snowmobile trails! No need to hassle with trailering and loading/unloading your equipment!

The Chemult Fire District has a station in the subdivision to service the area, there are also post office boxes, and The Two Rivers General Store and Storage.

Properties in Two Rivers North don't come up for sale often, and when they do, they are sold quickly as buyers realize all this gorgeous place has to offer!

Properties within the subdivision are about an acre, some more, some less, and some property owners have been lucky enough to purchase adjoining properties to theirs for an even larger parcel! Power and phone is within the subdivision, and to the edge of  most properties, wells in the area are shallow and productive. For undeveloped properties, you would need to have a septic installed prior to building. We do get cell service within the subdivision,
