The Christmas Valley Sand Dunes are a very popular recreational area for OHV/ ATV riders, and attracts visitors from across the country! There are approximately 11,000 acres of dunes available for off-road vehicles that is governed by the Bureau of Land Management.

The dunes are about 15 miles from this property! 

The diverse landscapes and spectacular sunsets offer some incredible landscape photography opportunities!

As you pass by the old cattle fencing and corrals from years ago, you really get that "old west" feeling, like you are out on the range of years ago.  

Lake County gets plenty of sunshine, so if you need to have power, solar or wind may be a good option.
