This is a beautiful property located above the high tableland near the Sprague River! There are mature trees, low shrubs, native grasses and wildflowers on the property. This would be an excellent property for a campsite hunting/fishing or recreational basecamp, family gathering spot, or with an approved CUP permit, possibly an off-gid homesite! 

Although not on this property, there are many natural springs and creeks nearby, and it's just a short drive down to the Sprague River for some fantastic trout fishing!

It's very rural here, but not t remote. The town of Sprague River, which is just about  7 miles from the property, where they have a post office, a gas station with a small market, a community center, a small restaurant/deli and a few shops.

The area is comprised primarily of small family farms. Most people who move here are looking for a quieter lifestyle where they can get out and have nature surround them. It is very peaceful here, with very little light or noise pollution. The night skies and sunsets are simply spectacular!

The property sits at an elevation of almost 5,000 ft. so it does get cold here in the winters, but the summers are warm and pleasant. In the spring and fall the cold, brisk mornings fade into warm sunny afternoons.  Klamath County receives almost 300 days of sunshine per year! 

Bring your horses, OHV/ATVs and mountain bikes! There is plenty of area to ride here, and the millions of acres of public lands of the Fremont/ Winema National Forest is nearby! With the large 40 acres here, the possibilities are endless!
