With all the sunshine Klamath County gets, many people in the area successfully opt for solar or wind power.  We did get cell service while on the property. The zoning is R2.

There are no CCRs or an HOA in the Oregon Pines Subdivision, no time limit to build and modular homes are allowed. Klamath County offers year-round recreational opportunities! There are millions of acres of public lands nearby, and the property is just a short drive to the Sprague or Williamson Rivers, which both offer fantastic fishing!

Hunting and OHV/ATV riding are popular here. There are miles of areas to hike, mountain bide or horseback ride. In the winter months, you can ski, snowmobile or go sledding! The climate is arid here, unlike the interior valleys of Oregon, and it does get cold in the winters, but the rest of the year is pleasant and not too hot in the summers.
