the sprague river converges with the williamson river just south of chiloquin and flows on to provide the upper klamath lake, the largest fresh water lake in oregon, with its primary water intake! both rivers are close to the property and are famous for fishing and fly fishing, trout is primarily what is caught here.

s. chiloquin road sits along one side of the property, and is paved and maintained by the county, the other side of the property is on sundance, which is compacted gravel and maintained by the subdivision hoa. the roads within the subdivision are very well maintained and easy to travel. we had no trouble at all accessing the property.
