S. Chiloquin road sits along one side of the property, and is paved and maintained by the county, the other side of the property is on Sundance, which is compacted gravel and maintained by the subdivision HOA. The roads within the subdivision are very well maintained and easy to travel. We had no trouble at all accessing the property.

The park is just over a mile from the property! You could take an afternoon walk and sit by the water and enjoy the birds landing and fishermen coming in from the water with the snow-capped Cascade Mountains for a backdrop.
The local fauna includes black bear, elk, deer, mountain lions, rabbits, squirrels, fox, racoons, skunks and many others. It is rural here, and you will have wildlife just out of your back door as they come to drink from the many clear mountain lakes and streams in the area. The city of Klamath Falls is about 25 miles south on Hwy 97, and would be an easy commute from the property. It is the County Seat and is a hub for shopping. It has many large box stores like Walmart and Home Depot. The Sky Lakes Medical Center, airport, schools, including Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) and Klamath Community College, world-class golf courses, including the Arnold Palmer Golf Course at the Running Y Resort. You should also see the Klamath County Museum and the Favell Museum which features Native American artifacts. The area is rich in local history!
Agency Lake sits at the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range, it's just a short drive in the winter months and you could be playing in the snow! The Willamette Pass and Mt. Bachelor offer fantastic downhill skiing and snowboarding. There are also places to go tubing, sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling, or just build a snowman or watch the snowflakes fall peacefully through the tall pine trees. Klamath County has something to offer every season of the year!
The area offers unlimited recreation opportunities! Whatever you love to do outdoors, there is likely a place nearby to do it! People travel from all over Oregon to the area to ski and snowboard at Mt. Bachelor, and the Willamette Pass. There are miles of dedicated snowmobile trails to explore!
