Just outside of Lakeview, Oregon off Hwy 140, a gravel road winds past Cottonwood Reservoir and through the tall, old-growth pine trees to this large, 214~Acre property!  

The property has easy access off of USFS Road 3723. As you turn onto the private road, there is a sign with the address assigned by Lake County, #22790 Cottonwood Road. As you enter through the gate, a meadow and a bubbling creek are to one side, and vast pastureland of a neighboring farm is to the other. It's so peaceful here, and serene.

When we passed by Cottonwood Reservoir on the way to the property there were several fishermen out on the water fishing for trout. We stopped at the Lake County Park area, which is just under two miles from the property, where there is a parking area, picnic tables and a boat launching ramp. There weren't many people there that day, but we saw an incredible amount of waterfowl on the water!

You may never want to leave this property once you get here, but eventually you will need supplies! The City of Lakeview, OR which is the county seat of Lake County, has a population just under 3,000 is only about 16 miles from the property. If you love outdoor recreation, this is definitely the place you want to be! Fishing, hunting, horseback riding, mountain biking, OHV/ ATV riding, swimming, rafting, hiking, camping, and in the winter months you can head to the mountains and the nearby  Warner Canyon Ski Area for skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling!
